Refund policy

Mastering the Flow of Attention: Volume One and Human Mechanics: Volume Two are digital products. They are delivered by email and are downloadable the moment your order is confirmed.

 

The three-ticket guarantee. Run the system in the manual on one event. If it does not put three ticket sales in your hand, email genesislabproductions@gmail.com within 60 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. No forms and no conditions beyond having actually run it. This guarantee covers both volumes and the bundle, and it overrides the paragraph below.

 

Outside that guarantee, because the full manual is accessible as soon as it reaches you, sales are final once your download has been delivered.

 

If something goes wrong we will make it right. Email genesislabproductions@gmail.com if your download never arrived (check your spam and Promotions folders first), if your link expired or stopped working, or if you were charged more than once for the same order. We typically respond within 24 hours.
