Terms of service
These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of products sold by Genesis Labs LLC, including "Mastering the Flow of Attention: Volume One" and "Human Mechanics: Volume Two" (each, a Manual).
- The product. Each Manual is a digital publication delivered electronically. Your purchase grants you a single, personal, non-transferable license to read and use the Manual for yourself.
2. What you may not do. Each Manual is for your use only. You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, republish, or post a Manual or its contents, in whole or in part, by any means. Each copy is watermarked with the buyer's name and email and is traceable to the original purchaser.
3. Intellectual property. All content in the Manuals is owned by Genesis Labs LLC and protected by copyright. No part of it may be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
4. Payment. Prices are listed in US dollars and processed securely at checkout. Sales tax is added where applicable and is shown before you confirm payment. By purchasing, you agree to the price shown.
5. Refunds and the three-ticket guarantee. Run the system in the manual on one event. If it does not put three ticket sales in your hand, email genesislabproductions@gmail.com within 60 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No forms. This applies to both volumes and the bundle. See our Refund Policy for the full terms.
6. Results. The Manuals share strategies and methods for event marketing. Outside of the three-ticket guarantee in section 5, we do not promise any particular outcome, and results depend on your own effort and circumstances. Nothing in this section limits the guarantee in section 5, which we honour as written.
7. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genesis Labs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of a Manual. Nothing here limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
